Used robots that have been warehoused for an extended period of time or have been purchased from another party in an
"as is" condition may have many problems that are not obvious.
ICR can certify your industrial robots to insure they will
operate properly before they are put into production. ICR can perform a full range of repair and certification services including:
- Inspection and testing of individual components
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Rebuild motors
- Replace bearings, seals, cables and other worn parts
- Replace oil and grease
- Clean controller and robot arm
- Repaint
- Rebuild wrists
- Reassembled to original specifications
